Vegetable timbales

A vegetarian starter with two different timbales.
One of broccoli and the other of artichokes and peppers.
The tasty timbales are served with a mixture of creme fraiche,

Smoked salmon on dark bread

Cold-smoked salmon from Sjöarp's smokehouse, mixed with crème fraiche
and placed on dark bread.t
The dish is topped with fresh grated horseradish which gives a little sting

Smoked deer with blue cheese

On a bed of lettuce and thinly sliced pears lies
Vikbolandet's smoked deer and Brostorp's blue mold cheese.
A dressing of fig jam and balsamic vinegar is rolled over
the dish and the dish is then completed by beautiful
red pomegranate seeds.
