Experience a unique stay in our Glass Houses
combined with wilderness hiking

Facts

The hike to and from the Glass houses is about 2 - 4 h in each direction.
The roof of the Glass houses + the entire 5 m wide long side facing the lake is made of glass.
The houses are 15 sqm each, with a porch of 10 sqm overlooking the lake and the forest.
There is room for 2 - 3 people / house, with a 160 cm bed and one 90 cm bed
with a soft mattress, sheets, duvet and pillows.
The house also has a sitting area (table with 4 chairs).

You only have to do the last preparations of the dinner on the kitchenette
The lunch basket includes a packed lunch, homemade bread, coffee/the, fruit, juice,
Swedish fika (homemade cake)
Bring your own clothing depending of weather and toiletries.
Do not forget good walking shoes, perhaps swimming suit (although the wild animals
will not have one when swimming 😊)

Day 1
Checking in to your comfort room at 15-17
Going through maps for the next day (appr 1 h)
2-course dinner in the restaurant
Day 2
After breakfast you walk through the forest (2-4 h) to your Glass house just by your own lake.
You will have a lunch basket with you.
There real beds, all equipment, food (lunch, Swedish fika, dinner, breakfast)
is prepared for you.
By the lake side you will find your canoe.
Day 3
Enjoy the silence of the Nature.
Go hiking, canoeing, picking blueberries/lingonberries for your own dessert.
Swim in the lake, enjoy dinner in the sunset.
Day 4
After breakfast at the Glass house, you will hike back (2-4 h) to Sommarhagen.
You do not have to leave the Glass houses until 11 h
You will keep your room at Sommarhagen, so you can still have all your luggage there.
After a shower (perhaps a rest?), 2 course dinner is waiting for you in the veranda restaurant.
Day 5
Breakfast and checking out
